Kim is an associate broker and team leader at Magnolia Realty in Flower Mound. She started her career as a real estate agent in 2003 and received her broker's license in 2007. She has owned and managed her own boutique real estate brokerage in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for 14 years. Recently, Kim merged her real estate business with Magnolia Realty out of Waco, Texas. Kim is now bringing the strength and commitment of the Magnolia Realty brand to the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Kim's experience as a small business owner and her education as a broker makes her highly successful and respected in the local real estate business. Kim is certified by the Luxury Home Council as an Accredited Luxury Home Expert and has had training in working with clients in the Luxury Home real estate market. She is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, earning her the Realtor designation. She is a member of the Texas Association of Realtors and a long time member of the Great Lewisville Realtor Association. She is a certified Negotiation Expert and has successfully negotiated over 100 real estate transactions.
Kim has a degree in Business Computer Information Systems from the University of North Texas and uses this specialized education and skill to provide the best marketing tools and technology in the industry as a benefit to her clients.
